With over 19 years of dedicated experience as a Client Service Representative in the veterinary field, Shannon has built a remarkable career centered around her deep passion for animals. Her extensive background includes roles with several rescue groups and the Humane Society, where she has showcased her commitment to animal welfare and compassionate care.

Throughout her career, Shannon has had the unique opportunity to interact with a diverse array of animals, including snakes, prairie dogs, tiger cubs, and even a wallaby. 

At home, Shannon’s family is complemented by a lively pack of six dogs. Among them is their loving Staffordshire Terrier affectionately known as their “house hippo,” who brings joy and character to their household. Shannon’s enduring enthusiasm for animals continues to enrich her personal and professional life.
